We do not sell directly to homeowners: our batteries go through professional installers. That is what allows us to stand behind long warranties and fast after-sales service. In return, we give you what you need to install well and sell well.
What you get
- Local stock: standard models available within days, for collection at the workshop. No container to finance, no customs clearance to handle.
- One test report per pack: actual capacity measured, serial number, to hand over to your customer.
- Training and documentation: installation manual for each model, configuration procedures for each inverter brand.
- Sizing support: send us the load profile and we propose the configuration.
- After-sales service from Antananarivo: diagnosis and replacement under warranty, with no return to a factory abroad.
- A real partnership: our support does not stop at the terms of the warranty. Our goal is a lasting relationship of trust with every installer.
- Private labelling: on volume, available across the whole range.
