Why LiFePO4 rather than lead-acid?

A LiFePO4 battery lasts thousands of cycles where a lead-acid battery lasts a few hundred, accepts deeper discharges, needs no maintenance and copes better with heat. Over the lifetime of an installation, the cost per kWh supplied is significantly lower.

Is LiFePO4 safe?

It is the most stable lithium chemistry: it is far more resistant to thermal runaway than other lithium chemistries. Each pack also includes a BMS that cuts off in the event of overvoltage, overcurrent or abnormal temperature, and an internal fuse.

Which battery should I choose?

Start with your system voltage: 51.2 V for almost all hybrid inverters, 25.6 V to keep an existing 24 V system, 12.8 V for small DC sites. Then check that the battery's maximum current covers your inverter's power. Send us your load profile and we will size the system for you.

Can I connect several batteries together?

Yes, in parallel: up to 16 identical packs (4 for the 12.8 V). Use the same model, ideally from the same batch, and symmetrical wiring. Series connection is not allowed anywhere in the range, except on the 12.8 V.

What depth of discharge do you recommend?

80% in daily use for a long service life. The maximum allowed is 90%.

Can the batteries handle Madagascar's climate?

They operate from -10 to 50 °C when discharging and from 0 to 50 °C when charging. Install them in a ventilated room, out of direct sunlight. The 12.8 V is IP65, protected against dust and water jets. The other models, rated IP20, are available in an IP21 version protected against dripping water.

Warranty and after-sales service

What is the warranty?

5 years for the 12.8 V, 6 years for the 25.6 V, the 5.38 kWh and the 11.78 kWh, 10 years for the 16.08 kWh and 32.15 kWh models. The warranty applies to installations carried out by a professional, within the operating conditions of the datasheet.

What happens if there is a failure?

Your installer contacts us. We diagnose remotely using the BMS data, then repair or replace the pack from Antananarivo. No return to a factory abroad.

My battery seems faulty, what should I do?

Do not try to open or repair it: contact your installer or write to us directly. We will diagnose the problem and arrange support quickly.

When can I reach after-sales service?

7 days a week. Our team answers your requests all week long and steps in quickly when needed.

Why does a local warranty make all the difference?

Support happens on site: no shipping abroad, no transport or customs costs on the way back, and a resolution in days rather than weeks. Your contact speaks your language and shares your working hours, and repairs are carried out in our workshop, with parts and test benches on site.

How do you prove the quality of a pack?

Every pack is cycled on a test bench before leaving the workshop. Its actual capacity is measured and its test report is archived under its serial number. We can retrieve it years later.

Installers and professionals

Do you sell to homeowners?

No, our batteries are distributed through professional installers. Homeowners are referred to a partner installer.

How do I become a partner installer?

Contact us with your service area and your usual volumes. After a presentation of the range and training at the workshop, you get access to trade terms.

Do you offer payment facilities?

Yes, for regular installers: terms (deposit, payment schedule) are set according to volumes and order history.

What are your lead times?

Standard models are in stock in Antananarivo and available within days. Custom configurations and large volumes follow a schedule agreed when the order is placed.

Do you deliver?

No. Orders are to be collected from our workshop in Talatamaty (Antananarivo), by yourself or by the carrier of your choice.

Do you test batteries from other brands?

Yes. We offer testing and calibration services, whatever the brand and condition of the battery. Contact us to arrange it.

Can you put our brand on the batteries?

Yes, on volume: marking and screen printing with your brand, as well as specific configurations (voltage, capacity, enclosure, connectors).

Projects, mini-grids and institutions

Can you supply projects of several hundred kWh?

Yes: in low voltage through parallel connection (over 250 kWh per installation with the 16.08 kWh), and in high voltage with our modular systems from 225 kWh to 2.8 MWh.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Yes. On top of the warranty, we set up a maintenance contract with each customer, tailored to their project: visits, BMS data monitoring, interventions. On our high-voltage systems, it extends the warranty to up to 10 years. Our support goes well beyond the warranty: our aim is a lasting relationship of trust with our partners.

What documents do you provide for a tender?

Detailed datasheets, individual test reports, installation manuals, project references and the company's administrative documents. Contact us with the tender documents.

Are your batteries certified?

All our cells are IEC 62619 certified at cell level by their manufacturers. We are preparing certification of our assembled packs; contact us to find out the current status and the documents available for your project.

Why a local supplier rather than an import?

Stock available in Antananarivo, no customs clearance to handle, after-sales service on site, a contact who speaks French and Malagasy and actual capacity verified pack by pack. Over the life of a project, it is the total cost that counts, not just the purchase price.
